Glowtier terms

The terms, in plain words

You own it

When you’ve paid in full, the copyright in what I made for you (the loops, stills, emotes, badges, overlays, bumpers, flyers, the design of your site) passes to you. You get a one-page rights letter with the delivery that says so, signed by me. You can use it anywhere, forever, and you don’t owe me anything more for it.

What stays mine: the tools, templates, bot files and techniques I use to make things, which I reuse for everyone. Third-party pieces (free fonts, CC0 models) keep their own licences, and the credits file in your delivery lists them. After you’ve played your visuals in public, I may show them in my portfolio with your name on them. If you’d rather I didn’t, say so and I won’t.

Your logo and anything you send me stay yours. By sending them you’re telling me you own them or have permission to use them.

Day Ones

The founding deal is $199 for the Club Pack, the Streamer Bundle and the 2027 Season Pass (three seasonal re-renders of your own visuals over the next twelve months: New Year’s Eve, festival season, Halloween). In return you stream with it at least twice in the first six weeks, send me one raw clip, keep a !glowtier command in your chat for 60 days, and let me repost your best moment with credit. When the Glow Club subscription opens you can join at $6.99 a month instead of $9.99, and that rate holds for as long as you stay subscribed. Fifteen seats, then it closes.

Custom work

Full custom work starts at $999 and is quoted after we talk. Half is due before I start and is not refundable, because the work starts the moment you pay. The rest is due before final files. Previews are watermarked until then. The quote includes two rounds of revisions inside what we agreed; bigger changes are a new quote.

Delivery and refunds

Packs from the menu ship in days, by a download link. Because everything is made for you from your own logo, there are no refunds once work has started, but if something is wrong with a file (a bad seam, a format that won’t play), tell me and I’ll fix it.

What I won’t make

Other people’s characters, brands or logos (Disney, sports teams, car makers, other DJs), celebrity likenesses, or anything that uses copyrighted music in a preview. Your own marks only. I don’t put AI-generated images in your deliverables, because you couldn’t own them.
